Brenda is currently President/CEO of eLink Recruiting Solutions, Inc.—a Recruiting Firm specializing in linking highly qualified candidates to career opportunities in the restaurant, hospitality, and, retail. Prior to starting her firm, Brenda was an accomplished senior Human Resources professional with expertise in the Restaurant and Retail industries where she was employed as a HR Executive. Over her 30-year career in human resources, she has established a solid track record in Recruiting, Selection & Placement, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Compliance, Mediation & Arbitration, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.

While employed in Corporate America, Brenda’s last position included Human Resources responsibilities for the entire US. She traveled extensively providing Human Resources support to many functional areas establishing a reputation for her ability to approach situations from a variety of perspectives. As a result, executives learned to rely on Brenda for her no-nonsense approach, people focused manner, and commitment to deliver beyond expectations.

A graduate of Pfeiffer University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, her formal education is complimented by her participation in specialized Human Resources courses, seminars and workshops throughout her career. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through the National Association of Personnel Services organization where is now past President, and an active Board member.

Brenda is an active volunteer and leader in numerous civic, community, and religious organizations such as the Cobb Chamber of Commerce where she serves as an Ambassador and a member of the Cobb Executive Women. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and the National Association for African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).

Brenda continues to challenge herself both personally and professionally with the goal of achieving “just a little bit more than she had the day before”! In November, 2006, Brenda made the decision to leave corporate America to pursue her dream of being an entrepreneur in the recruiting and consulting field. eLink Recruiting Solutions, Inc. is the actualization of that dream.
